These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all mobile applications, software products, and digital services developed or published by Andrei Ros (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services”.

By accessing or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property and limitation of liability clauses.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for any purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
